A 'contractual business clean' is a cleaning service provided to a business or under a formal agreement that defines the scope, standards, frequency, and responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the business premises.

Fortnightly cleans refer to a scheduled, comprehensive cleaning service carried out every two weeks or a bespoke timeline, tailored to maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation for high-net-worth residential or commercial properties.

​Ad-hoc sales cleans are one-off or non-recurring cleaning services arranged as needed to prepare a property for sale, viewing, marketing or inspection, ensuring it is presented to a high professional standard, enhancing property presentation.

The proposed works comprise an annual comprehensive clean of all shared/communal areas within the development. These works are classed as qualifying long-term maintenance services and, where the cost exceeds the statutory threshold, will be undertaken in accordance with the consultation requirements set out under Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
